First award ceremony at CCE

The Centre for Continuing Education (now Centre for Community Engagement) first registered with CACDP (now Signature) in 1995. The first cohort of NVQ Level 3 began in 1998 and completed their certificate in 1999. Fred Gray was the invited guest to hand out the certificates.
